The aluminum flat tube (porous tube) of auto air-condition sprayed by zinc features high corrosion resistance and good thermal conductivity. Due to high requirement of zinc coating on the surface of aluminum flat tube(Atomization particle is micron grade or submicron grade and zinc quantity in unit area should be strict.), recent years the system equipment and technology have been monopolized by few manufacturers in Europe, USA and Japan and the price of system equipments are rather expensive. Since we have offered spraying and dust removal equipments, we have developed and improved system configuration continuously and achieved the breakthrough of zinc spraying technology. Currently, we have designed and manufactured entire new system equipments for many factories in east China. The zinc coating of aluminum flat tubes is of high quality. The appearance quality surpasses the products of some factories which use imported equipments. We have won good reputations from users. The whole technology has been in advanced level and received the credit and support from customers, which features high cost performance, low cost, continuous operation and high automation.
